Every order ships from our fulfillment studio in Central Florida within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

Within the US:

• Free standard shipping on orders over $50 — applied automatically at checkout
• Expedited: flat $10
• Overnight: flat $25

For US orders: standard arrives in about 5–7 business days, expedited in 1–4 business days, and overnight the next business day when you order before our 2 PM EST cutoff. Expedited and overnight are guaranteed for business days, Monday–Friday.

We do. Shipping to Canada is a flat $10 USD, and free on orders of $100 USD or more. For the rest of the world, rates start at $24 USD depending on the size of your order. International delivery generally takes 4–21 business days depending on your location and local customs.

Orders outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country's customs authority, and these are the customer's responsibility. Where it's offered, you can choose Passport Priority — Duties & Taxes Paid at checkout to pre-pay everything upfront and streamline delivery.

Yes. If it's your first order with Culture, it's covered by our First Hijab Guarantee — if the shade, fabric, or fit isn't right, exchange it or send it back for a full refund within 30 days, and we cover the return shipping. No fee. This applies to US customers; final-sale items and gift cards aren't eligible.

You can return or exchange your pieces within 30 days of delivery. Just have a look at the condition guidelines below before sending anything back.

We ask that everything comes back in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from stains and fragrance. Items received in poor condition may be declined for return.

Two options for US orders:

• Hassle-free — use our pre-paid label with no upfront postage. It's free on your first order; after that, a flat $4.95 per-order service fee is deducted from your refund or exchange.
• Standard — ship with any carrier you like, at your own cost. We recommend a tracked, insured method.

Yes — any return that includes a DIVINE collection item carries a $14.95 service fee, and The Prayer Mat can only be returned if it's unopened and in its original packaging.

We don't currently offer a pre-paid label for international returns, so you'll cover the return shipping. We recommend a tracked and insured method. Send your package to:

Refunds go back to your original payment method, including sales tax, within 30 days of us receiving your return. Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless it's your first order under the First Hijab Guarantee, or the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Hand wash cold, or machine wash on a gentle cycle in a delicates bag. Lay flat or hang to dry, and use a cool iron if needed — the fabric relaxes back to a soft, even drape.

We photograph every shade as true to life as we can, though screens do vary a little. If you're ever unsure between two shades, email us and we'll help you choose.
