You may use a pre-paid return service label to ship your return merchandise and pay no up-front postage fees. This hassle-free return option has a service fee of $4.95 per order which will be withheld from your refund once your return has been processed.
If you do not want to use the hassle-free return option, simply select the carrier of your choice. When using this option, we recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return, and that you insure the package for the cost of the items being returned. If you choose this option, you are solely responsible for the shipping costs of this return.

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not the correct item you ordered, contact us to have a free return label sent to you.
You will be refunded the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
Refund for Your Return
Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax, and will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of your return, unless the item is being returned due to being damaged, defective or incorrect.
