We stand behind everything we make, and we want you to love what you ordered. If it's your first order with Culture, it's completely risk-free under our First Hijab Guarantee — and either way, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

Pack it as it arrived
Items should come back unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or fragrance — in their original condition.
Send it back
Use our pre-paid label or your own carrier. Your refund is issued within 30 days of us receiving it.
The First Hijab Guarantee
Trying hijabs online shouldn't be a gamble. If it's your first order with Culture, it's completely protected. Not the right shade, fabric, or feel? Exchange it or send it back for a full refund — and we cover the return shipping. No fee.
Your first order, risk-free. Free exchange or full refund within 30 days, return shipping on us, for US customers. After your first order, returns stay easy — a flat $4.95 per order (see below). Final-sale items and gift cards aren't eligible.
Before you return
You may return or exchange your pieces within 30 days of delivery. Reach our customer care team at hello@culturehijab.com with any questions before you send anything back.
Please return items in their original condition — free from stains and fragrance, unworn and unwashed. Items received in poor condition may be denied for return.
USA returns
Two simple ways to send your return back to us within the US.
Any return containing The Prayer Mat (DIVINE collection) carries a service fee of $14.95, and is only accepted if The Prayer Mat is unopened and in its original packaging.

International returns
At this time we don't offer a pre-paid return option for international returns. We recommend sending your return with a method that lets you track it, and insuring the package for the cost of the items inside. You're responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged, defective or incorrect
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't what you ordered, please don't worry — contact us at hello@culturehijab.com and we'll make it right.
Your refund
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax, within 30 days of us receiving your return. Original shipping charges aren't refunded — unless it's your first order under the First Hijab Guarantee, or your item is being returned because it was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
