Within the US
A few ways to get your order to your door — from complimentary standard delivery to overnight when you need it in a hurry.
Expedited and Overnight delivery windows are guaranteed on business days only, Monday–Friday.
International orders
We ship around the world. Rates are flat and shown at checkout, with a duties-paid option available in many places to keep delivery smooth.
Standard international shipping generally takes 4–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Processing & timing
Every order ships directly from our fulfillment home in Central Florida within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery estimates above begin once your order leaves our hands.
Duties & customs
Orders outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country's customs authorities when you opt out of Passport shipping. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer, and customs policies vary — so it's worth checking with your local customs office for details.
If a shipment is declined due to unexpected fees, we may deduct shipping and other applicable charges from your refund.
