As someone who finds caps really constricting I thought this would be the perfect solution to prevent hijab slippage but sadly it only works with jersey. It did not work for chiffon or satin. The outline of the band does show through if that bothers you. Really well made and comfortable but sadly did not work for me. Also, you can purchase the same product on Amazon, it’s called a wig grip

This headband is extremely comfortable and really doesn't slip, either on my head or against the hijab. My main problem is that the velvet is double-layered and is only sewn together on one side, so it's like a tube that wrinkles and folds when you put the hijab on top of it. You can't really pull your hijab at all or the headband will fold back on itself. It leaves a weird ridge that is very visible through every type of scarf I've work with it (modal, jersey, chiffon, etc) because the velvet is so thick. I saw this in another review but didn't think it would be as big of an issue as it actually is.

I love this headband overall. I have 3 in the dark brown color. It's really nice because you don't have to put as much tension on your hair as with a tight undercap, but it still stops your hair from showing and coming out. Super good for modal hijabs, absolutely no slip on this velvet.

My only issue is that the velcro securing mechanism wears down a bit over time. I randomly find the little hooks in my clothes or on the table. After getting a new one, I would say 3 months later (after wearing it everyday), the velcro had lost a significant amount of hooks and couldn't be secured as tightly as I'd like. That being said, I love this product and will keep buying it.

100/10! Would suggest. Doesn't slip. Perfect for school and my Orthodox church. Fixed a long time issue with scarves slipping and falling.

This headband helps keep everything in place, I’ve been using it for so long now and works so well especially the chiffon hijabs keep slipping back. Love it!
